Billiard cues adapted to the type of billiards:
The size of the balls used for your type of practice determines the size of your process and therefore your choice of pool cue . The billiard cue is the tip at the end of your pool cue. The size of the pool cue will depend on your practice, but it can also vary depending on the space you have to play, or the stature of the player. If you want to introduce your children to billiards, for example, they will need a pool cue adapted to their small size.
The extension allows you to extend the pool cue when playing Snooker on large pool tables.
American billiards
Billiard cue process diameter: 13mm .
The American billiard cue, made of maple, exists in two sizes when it is in one piece: 1m22 (48") and 1m45 (57") . This allows you to find the one adapted to the player's size, but also to play in smaller rooms if necessary.
American pool cues are generally in 2 pieces cut in ½, some models exist in one piece (in one piece).

English billiards and snooker
Diameter of English billiard cue process: 8 to 10 mm , for playing on smaller balls (50.8 mm in diameter) .
In ash, these cues are available in two pieces cut at 3/4 or half or in one piece for very high level players. The English billiard or snooker cue is generally a length of 145cm (57")
Ash is a wood particularly solid. It therefore allows the construction of fine arrows adapted to the size of UK Pool balls . Historically, snooker cues are made of ash. Indeed, ash is a common wood in Europe. It was therefore a logical choice for the construction of English billiard cues.

French billiards or carom
Diameter of the French billiard cue process: between 11.5 and 12 mm . Freestyle players favor 11mm processes while 3-cushion players use 11.5mm. The idea being to have a process that allows you to add effect to your shots.
Made of maple, French billiard cues measure between 140 and 143 cm and weigh between 480 and 530 grams. As with the process, it is the type of play that will influence the choice of one length or another.
French billiard cues are almost always in 2 parts cut in half (in 1/2).
